Design/build has a proven record of delivering facilities more rapidly than the traditional design – bid – build process, thus minimizing the cost of capital. The team approach offers the flexibility to identify and order long lead items in order to reduce exposure to price fluctuations, compress the schedule and minimize weather related impact.
